Hi, I’m John. I’m a dedicated Level 2/3/4 Counsellor and Therapist with a passion for helping others. Currently, I am also studying to become a paramedic, combining my interest in mental health with a practical approach to emergency care.

My journey into counselling began with a strong desire to help those in need. I’ve always wanted to be that trusted listener and a compassionate guide for individuals facing challenges. Whether through therapy or support, I aim to provide a safe, understanding space where people can find the guidance they need to navigate difficult moments.
