Working with John has been a life-changing experience. After losing my partner in a tragic and unexpected way, I felt completely lost and overwhelmed by grief. I didn’t think anyone could truly understand the depth of what I was feeling. From our first session, John created a space where I felt safe, heard, and validated. He didn’t rush me or try to ‘fix’ my pain—instead, he gently guided me through it with compassion, patience, and deep understanding.

I have just started my journey with John recently. John has a great understanding of my situation and life challenges. He is very well educated and massively supportive. I feel at ease speaking about my triggers and my life struggles I’m currently facing at the moment. I’m very honest. And I don’t hold back. John allows me to express myself and comes up with situations and plans to tick off what may have been achieved or what has maybe defeated me. Then work on ways to resolve they defeats in a way that works for me. I feel I will achieve my goal. Even just acknowledging that there is ways to control my emotions and not everything has to be so heavy on my shoulders. I look forward to more sessions with John. John made me feel so at ease with talking about my problems and emotions. I was nervous to ask for help, but, after talking with John; he made me realise that it was the right thing to do. I am really looking forward to our next session. 

 It felt good to be able to talk about things and almost entrust someone to recognize some behaviours; which where present and being able to talk and give an honest opinion and guidance; I know this is only the first stage in the process, but, I am looking forward to seeing how things progress with John.
